FleetOps ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our fleet management and analytics platform, including the FleetOps mobile application.

FleetOps collects vehicle and driver data for fleet management purposes. This includes:

• Driver information and identification
• Vehicle and fleet records you or your organization enter or sync in the app
• Operational data such as assignments, status updates, and activity tied to fleet workflows
• Analytics data and performance metrics
• Vehicle maintenance records

The mobile app does not collect, access, store, or use device location in any form— including precise or approximate location, GPS, or background location.

Fleet data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with BigQuery for analytics. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Historical data is retained for analytics purposes while maintaining data privacy standards.

FleetOps does not use location services and does not request any location-related permissions (including approximate, precise, or background location).

The app may request the following permissions, depending on your role and features in use:

• Notifications: For alerts about vehicle status, assignments, and maintenance
• Storage / files: To cache content and export analytics or reports where available

FleetOps uses analytics pipelines (including BigQuery where applicable) for data analytics and reporting. Operational and performance data may be processed to provide insights into fleet operations, driver behavior, and vehicle efficiency. Analytics are conducted in line with applicable data privacy requirements and your organization's instructions where we act as a processor.

We use secure cloud infrastructure and encryption for data in transit and at rest where technically supported. Access to fleet data is limited to authorized personnel and customer administrators. We follow industry-appropriate practices for security and review our controls as the product evolves.

Access to fleet data is restricted to authorized users within your organization. Role-based access controls are used so users only access data relevant to their responsibilities. Administrative access and significant actions should be subject to your organization's policies.

Depending on your jurisdiction and your relationship with the data controller (often your employer or fleet operator), you may have rights such as:

• Access: Request information about personal data processed in connection with the service
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data, often via your organization's admin
• Deletion: Request deletion of certain data, subject to legal and operational retention needs
